Hi, I’m Norma. I’m a relational wellbeing coach, and I help women rebuild self-trust and create healthier relationships through clear, confident communication. But my work didn’t start in a textbook — it started in real life.
Over the years, I’ve faced monumental life challenges that acted as the catalyst for rebuilding my confidence, strengthening my boundaries, and learning how to communicate honestly when it mattered most. And perhaps most importantly, I had to learn how to be OK with me — to trust myself, value my needs, and stop abandoning myself just to keep the peace.
The very tools I now teach are the ones that helped me come through those seasons stronger and steadier. That’s why my approach is practical and human. I don’t just talk about confidence — I show you what to say and how to say it in real life. Because real change comes from practising differently. Transformation through practice.
